What personal data do we collect, and why do we collect it

We collect information about you during the signup process and some basic activities such as the dates you make purchases, login to the site, or cancel/pause/resume your subscriptions with us.

What we collect and store

When you subscribe with us, we’ll ask you to provide an email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • — Send you information about your account and subscriptions. This may include payment receipts, password reset emails, and payment reminders.
  • — Create your membership account

How long we retain your data

We store information about you for as long as your account exists.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, site Owner/Administrators can access:

  • — Order information such as your membership subscriptions, payment dates and amounts, and username / email address.

Any additional information added in your Member Profile can also be visible to the Administrator(s).

What we share with others

We share information with third parties who help us provide additional contact services to you; for example our Email Marketing Service Mailchimp.


We accept payments through Stripe and Square. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe and Square, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy shows how we use personal data collected from you (or that you provide to us). Please read the following points carefully to understand our views and practices in relation to your personal data and how we will use it.

1. Information we may collect from you. We may collect and process the following information about you:

  • if you contact us, we may keep a copy of that correspondence;
  • information you provide when you fill out a form on this website (or on an app connected to our business page on social media platforms). This includes registration information (to the site and to programs that we offer), email list subscription information, information and service requests, or posts of information and material on this website. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with this website;
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes and testimonials, although you do not have to respond to them;
  • details of financial transactions you carry out through this site and information about the fulfilment of your orders; and
  • details of your visits to this website and the resources you access.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to the transfer, storing or processing of your data by us, our employees and administrators. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated confidentially and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology via Paypal (or via the bank when you direct deposit). Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of this site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.  We ask you not to share a password with anyone, not even us (or anyone who works for us).

Unfortunately, data transmitted via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to this site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

3. IP addresses

We may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers (ie via Google Analytics).  This is statistical data about user browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

We use information held about you in the following ways:

  • to provide you with information, products or services that you request from Amanda Foy or from us as consultants or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes;
  • to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between us (Amanda Foy);
  • to allow you to participate in interactive features of our services, when you choose to;
  • to notify you about changes to our services;
  • to process program and course registrations;
  • to collect all and administer subscriptions,and
  • to analyse aggregate non-identifiable data for research purposes.

We may also use your data to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you and we may contact you about these by email, social media post (in compliance with each platform’s terms), mail or telephone.

If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) or post with information about goods and services in alignment to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.

If you are a new client, we will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this.

We may disclose your personal information to any person working for or on behalf of Amanda Foy for the purposes of processing transactions, memberships, adjudicating contests, requests for information and resolving technical issues and the like (ie. customer service).

  • We will never disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us via the contact form on this website.
