What personal data do we collect, and why do we collect it

We collect information about you during the signup process and some basic activities such as the dates you make purchases, login to the site, or cancel/pause/resume your subscriptions with us.

What we collect and store

When you subscribe with us, we’ll ask you to provide an email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

• — Send you information about your account and subscriptions. This may include payment receipts, password reset emails, and payment reminders.

How long we retain your data

We store information about you for as long as your account exists.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, site Owner/Administrators can access:

• — Order information such as your membership subscriptions, payment dates and amounts, and username / email address.

Any additional information added in your Member Profile can also be visible to the Administrator(s).

What we share with others

We share information with third parties who help us provide additional contact services to you; for example our Email Marketing Service Mailchimp.

Payments

We accept payments through Stripe and Square. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe and Square, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy shows how we use personal data collected from you (or that you provide to us). Please read the following points carefully to understand our views and practices in relation to your personal data and how we will use it.

• if you contact us, we may keep a copy of that correspondence;
• information you provide when you fill out a form on this website (or on an app connected to our business page on social media platforms). This includes registration information (to the site and to programs that we offer), email list subscription information, information and service requests, or posts of information and material on this website. • details of financial transactions you carry out through this site and information about the fulfilment of your orders; and

• to provide you with information, products or services that you request from Amanda Foy or from us as consultants or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes;
• to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between us (Amanda Foy);

• to notify you about changes to our services;
• to process program and course registrations;
• to collect all and administer subscriptions,and
• to analyse aggregate non-identifiable data for research purposes.

We may also use your data to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you and we may contact you about these by email, social media post (in compliance with each platform’s terms), mail or telephone.

If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) or post with information about goods and services in alignment to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.

If you are a new client, we will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this.
