Since 2016, Amanda has been taking women, who give so much of themselves away to others, on retreats to fabulous places. It’s a chance to restore your energy with a week away with nothing to do but focus on yourself. Amanda also always chooses locations where there is a natural source of water to ensure healing is underpinned by mother nature. From 2023 locations will be across the globe and have a theme around people pleasing.
