Week Four

Make sure you have completed Week 3 before doing this week’s session



This is the week we start building your old jigsaw puzzle so we can get to a place of love and compassion for what was, so that we can start building your new normal when it comes to relationships and relating with others.

You’ll need your work from the first three weeks and hopefully you’ve written it out or typed it out. This is going to be a visual exercise so if you need to print out what you’ve done, then that’s going to be ideal to do this week’s work.  Also you want to grab some highlighters – around three different colours if you can.
